Terms:

• You are eligible for a 20% cashback (“Cashback”) with a maximum cashback of Rs 300 (Rupees Three Hundred only) during the offer period.
• The Offer is valid from 00:00 Hours – 13^th January 2017 to 23:59 Hours – 15^th January 2017 (Offer Period).
• This Cashback Offer is being conducted by M/s PhonePe Private Limited (PhonePe/Company).The Offer Period may or may not be extended at the sole discretion of the Company.
• The Offer is available on the website of Flipkart Internet Private Limited (www.flipkart.com), android mobile app ( (“Flipkart”) for purchases made using PhonePe UPI (Unified Payment Interface) payment option only.
• To avail this Offer on Flipkart Android app, you will need to download the latest version of the Flipkart app from the Google Play Store
• There is no minimum transaction limit for this Offer.
• The Cashback Offer is valid only on your first UPI transaction on Flipkart during the Offer Period.
• The Cashback would be credited to your PhonePe wallet.
• The Cashback amount credited to your PhonePe wallet can be withdrawn to your linked bank account using PhonePe app.
• In order to avail this Offer, you need to link your bank account on PhonePe and set your MPIN (UPI PIN). It could be done in two ways:
  1. Download the PhonePe App from the Google Play Store and register with PhonePe using Your mobile linked with your bank account and add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).
  2. Click on PhonePe UPI option on payments page of Flipkart, finish the registration with the mobile number linked with Your bank account, add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).
• In case where cashback has been credited to your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of Cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
